The National Institute for Nigerian Language (NINLAN) is an Inter-University Centre under the National Universities Commission (NUC). As an autonomous institution, its vision is to make Nigeria a model multilingual nation, where every indigenous language is fully developed as a tool for literacy, education, and advanced communication. NINLAN strives to be a world-class center for the teaching, learning, and research of Nigerian languages, ultimately contributing to national unity, industrialization, and socio-economic growth. S-DELI has partnered with NINLAN to deploy the Omenka app, supporting efforts to:

• Promote the study and use of Nigerian languages
• Establish an active teaching and learning center for Nigerian languages
• Create a resource hub for specialized linguistic services in both public and private sectors
